Anny Gunadasa founded ARCH Mental Health & Healing Center, LLC. on 10/12/2020 with the purpose of assisting the community with mental health issues and life difficulties. On the other hand, Anny Gunadasa wanted to create an agency that is friendly and healthy for the employees and the clients. I have about 15 years of experience working as a counselor. I speak English and Spanish.

I believe that you are essential and have the power to heal within you, and I am the pathway to guide and assist you with working on your goals. I strongly believe you deserve empowerment, purpose, emotional peace, joy, and deeply fulfilling relationships. In a warm, nonjudgmental setting, we'll build on your innate wisdom and address issues that limit your ability to lead the life you want and deserve. I would be honored to serve as a guide and collaborator on issues including nurturing self-esteem/self-worth; releasing co-dependent relationship patterns and cultivating healthy boundaries; unresolved trauma and loss; and issues of addiction.

In addition, I work with children and adults with ADHD, symptoms related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder, among other diagnoses. In addition, I have extended experience working with family and marriage and family-related issues. I ensure to keep in mind that every individual has different strategies to solve issues and cope with their struggle. Let me assist you with your goals.
